Meet Victor, our newest member of the CARS family. He turned 13 on March 16th and on the 26th, he was hospitalized after his heart went into complete failure. A month later, he received his new heart. He is currently back home and going to school. Victor is not wasting his second chance and is a living testimony to how God answers prayers. His family spent a lot of time on their knees praying for their son.
