Meet our precious little 1 year-old angel, Xander. He was born with a Renal Cyst on his kidney. Xander is currently in Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease and will be needing a kidney transplant soon. His doctors are waiting for him to get a little healthier so he can have a G-tube placed to help him gain weight. His parents were told, that after his kidney transplant, his body will require a kidney transplant every five years. He is a very happy little boy that needs your prayers and help.
